KEEP FIT

Stroll, walk, run or ride along the picturesque 5/8th mile pedestrian path at Wakarusa’s Memorial Park behind Wakaursa Elementary School. 

KEEP CONNECTED

Your support of the Wakarusa Parks Department goes a long way! Our community children and their families enjoy the baseball/softball complex, splash pad, pavilion, gazebo, butterfly garden, war memorial and pedestrian path during the summer months and the sledding hill in the winter.

EXPLORE

Memorial Park features a 9-hole disc golf course.  Give it a try; there is a map located just northwest of the splash pad for reference.

EXPLORE

The habitat garden was planted for the birds and pollinators.  This garden is located on the southwest side of Wakarusa Memorial Park along the walking path. We hope you visit soon.
