Indiana law on handgun permits

After you submit your application, you will have the option to schedule an appointment with another company to take your fingerprints. L-1 Identity Solutions, INC. (http://www.l1id.com/) will provide fingerprinting to applicants using INkless, Indiana's Electronic Fingerprinting Network. You can schedule an appointment to have your fingerprints done and can pay the state fee online. Afterwards, you can come to the Wakarusa Police Department to sign your application and pay the local fee.

You will need to inform us if you had your fingerprints done by L-1 Identity Solutions or if you have an appointment scheduled.

This entire process needs to be completed in 30 days or you will have to submit a new application.
